The second half of Border Battle 2012 is here, and fans from around Packer Nation and Vikings Country have descended on Minneapolis for a game with plenty of meaning for both teams.

Beside playing for pride and series record, Green Bay is looking to secure a first round bye and home field advantage. Minnesota is playing for the opportunity to appear in the playoffs for the first time since the 2009 season. A win for the Vikings means an automatic ticket in as a wildcard team, whereas a loss means they will have to hope for a lot of other things to happen around the league.

Another big storyline in today's game is Adrian Peterson's race to become the single-season rushing yard leader. Entering the game, he needs 207 yards to tie the current record.

The last time these two teams met, the Packers won 23-14 at Lambeau Field. Will the Vikings extend their 6-1 home record this season, or will the Packers prove themselves the true top team in the NFC North?
