Minnesota Writer Gives Inspiring Speech After Winning An Oscar At The Academy Awards
Pete Docter from Bloomington, MN co-wrote 'Inside Out' which won Best Animated Film at the 2016 Oscars and gave an inspiring speech.
Docter is a key collaborator at Pixar and has worked on movies such as 'Toy Story', 'Monsters Inc.', 'Up' (all of which were nominated for oscars) and more. This is also his second oscar win, he won Best Animated Film in 2009 for 'Up'. He was also nominated for Best Writing (Original Screenplay) last night but lost to 'Spotlight'.
