Legendary rap group Naughty By Nature are reaching out to the fans for assistance in gathering funds to go towards the making of their new EP. The trio, which includes rappers Treach and Vin Rock in addition to producer Kay Gee, are celebrating the 25th anniversary of their arrival on the hip-hop scene with a tour and a new, untitled LP and are seeking funding via Kickstarter for the recording, mixing, and mastering of the EP.

Incentives for contributing to Naughty's Kickstarter include autographed memorabilia, a private dinner with the group, a private concert, an appearance on the new EP and in a music video, and partying onstage with the trio during select dates of the tour. Other rewards that can be unlocked are a trip to get tattoos with Treach, a friendly game of pool with Vin Rock or the chance to shoot some hoops with Kay Gee. All experiences be documented and posted on Naughty by Nature's YouTube channel as a part of all packages

"Kickstarter ensures that we will be able to have complete creative control over our new music," the group said via a press release. "We will be able to do it the way that we want. More than anything we want to deliver a fresh new EP that also has that classic Naughty vibe. It has been years since we’ve all been in the studio together and the process of working on these songs has been really exciting creatively."

For those familiar with iconic Naughty By Nature jams like "O.P.P.," "Uptown Anthem," and "Hip Hop Hooray," a new EP from the group should definitely be an enticing proposition and we can't wait to hear what the fellas have in store. Check out tour stops and dates below.
