It is another slow week for new releases except for the two early singles released from Katy Perry and Lady Gaga, but as far as whole albums it is slim pickings.

1.) Parachute (Charlottesville, Va., pop-rock band) : "Push Any Button" (first single: "Can't Help," co-written by Ryan Tedder) One ray of hope for the week is the band Parachute. I loved these guys right out of the gate and collaborating with Ryan Tedder from Fall Out Boy is amazing, huge fan of his. Check out video below for "Can't Help."

2.) Béla Fleck: "The Impostor" (with Nashville Symphony Orchestra and Brooklyn Rider)- Be'la Fleck is a renowned Banjo player who has dabbled in many different genres of music including jazz when he was with the Flecktones.

3.) Luke Bryan : "Crash My Party" -Winner of the Academy of Country Music Award for Entertainer of The Year, Bryan had been turning down deals left and right in order to stay true to what got him on top which is touring. He definitely is someone who has not forgotten his roots.

OTHER MUSIC OUT THIS WEEK:

-Sonny & Cher: "Look At Us" (1965 album, featuring "I Got You Babe"; remastered), "In Case You're in Love" (1967 album, includes "The Beat Goes On"; remastered)
