New Restaurant to Replace the Now Closed “Blind Pig”

According to Perfect Duluth Day Chef Patrick Moore is the lead person behind the new restaurant. Moore spent this past summer as executive Chef for the musicians at Big Top Chautauqua in Bayfield and prior to that he was executive chef at Silos Restaurant at Pier B Resort.

"Sound" apparently will have a room dedicated to bringing music and food together by occasionally booking shows that are on tour. Before the restaurant is set to open there will be a concert on Dec.15th featuring fiddler Darol Anger, banjo player Danny Barns, multi-instrumentalist Bryn Davies, mandolinist Joe K. Walsh and guitar player Grant Gordy.
