After witnessing the Patriots dismantle the Vikings at TCF Bank Stadium, Tony and I were looking for a place to grab lunch on the way back to Duluth. When he found out that I had never had White Castle, he insisted we stopped at one of the Twin Cities White Castle locations for lunch.

Having grown up and lived in the northern half of Minnesota thus far in life, White Castle was simply something not easily available. On trips to the Twin Cities, I usually found myself eating at other places - so here I was, 28 years old, and unexposed to the White Castle experience. Here's how it went.
