Nicki Minaj Entertains Japan on Promotional Tour

As the April 3 release of Nicki Minaj‘s second album ‘Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded’ is approaching, the 29-year-old rap queen recently went on a promo tour overseas in support of the project. The Harajuku Barbie entertained her Barbz in Japan with a performance of her hit songs.

Dressed in a ball gown and pink wig, Minaj took the stage in the Land of the Rising Sun and performed ‘Super Bass’ and ‘Moment 4 Life’ as the crowd screamed “We love you Nicki!” She later had concertgoers singing along to her latest single, ‘Starships.’

Hopefully, Minaj won’t be too jet-lagged when she performs on ‘American Idol‘ this week. We don’t know what song she will rap on the show for sure, but it will probably be ‘Starships.’ It would be cool to see a duet with her and ‘Idol’ judge Jennifer Lopez, but that’s just wishful thinking on our part.

Meanwhile, Minaj has been tapped to rock the stage at KIIS FM’s Wango Tango event in Los Angeles on May 12. Tickets will go on sale on March 31.

Yep, Minaj is going to be a busy girl in the upcoming weeks.
