For anyone interested in volunteering for Super Bowl LII in Minneapolis on February 4th 2018,the volunteer committee now has a home base.

According to a press release the new headquarters are located on the corner of Nicollet Mall and 7th street in downtown Minneapolis. The volunteer headquarters officially opens on August 12th as the "Crew 52" continues to get into shape.

Maureen Bausch, CEO of the MNSBHC said they are excited to have the headquarters in downtown Minneapolis "to give our guests a warm welcome and a final goodbye." The committee is looking to fill around 10,000 volunteer positions to welcome the more than 1 million visitors for the ten days leading up to the Super Bowl.

Volunteers will be spread out at the airport, hotels and at events leading up to game day. Thousands of people have already applied to be volunteers, but they are still accepting applications.  Volunteers will be required to go through an application process, back round check and training sessions.

Applicants who have already registered to volunteer will be sent an e-mail invitation to set up an interview time, and those who have yet to sign up can do so here
