One Direction + Taylor Swift Lead in Kids’ Choice Awards Nominations

The Kids Choice Awards nominations have been announced and leading the pack this year are One Direction and Taylor Swift. That makes sense, since these acts are two of the most popular among the “kids.” We’ll ignore the fact that Swift and 1D’s Harry Styles were coupled up until a few weeks ago, so they are forever linked, at least in our minds.
Other key nominees are Carly Rae Jepsen, who had one of the biggest songs of last year with ‘Call Me Maybe,’ and that billion YouTube view sensation Psy, who taught us all about ‘Gangnam Style.’
Of course that boy wonder known as Justin Bieber also got a nom.
The Kids Choice Awards will air on Nickelodeon on March 23.
