Pet Owners Vet. Visits Becoming More Expensive

We have a dog and a cat, and like many pet owners you have to take on the expense and responsibility to keep your pet healthy. Many people don't think about this when they pick out that cute little puppy or kitten. Thankfully both of our pets are very healthy, but we have noticed that just regular visits to the vet. can add up quickly.

Stastics show that In the U.S.... for a dog with  regular vet,  and surgical visits the average household spent about $655 last year. That is up 47% from 10 years ago. And for  cat's it was up 73%. I am not trying to discourage people from adopting a pet...Not in anyway, this article was just a good wake up call for people to take all of this into consideration....but a pet is worth all the expense when you see how much Joy and Love you receive back :)
