Watch a Preview From Pink’s ‘Behind the Music’ Special

Pink has had a long career in the music business, which is now chronicled in a new episode of VH1's 'Behind the Music,' in which the singer opens up about everything from her pop star success to her new role as a mom.

In a clip from the upcoming episode, fans are privy to a retelling of how the 33-year-old found out she was pregnant, and how it changed her life. "I had this vision in my head that it would be this moment and I would pee on the stick and the line would appear and I'd come up with this super romantic way of telling [husband] Carey [Hart] about it," Pink says. "It was so typical me. The line was so faint that I wasn't sure, and I threw it at Carey and said, 'What does it say?' He looked at it and he said, 'You're knocked up.'"

Pink's daughter, Willow Sage Hart, was born on June 2, 2011, and altered both of her parents' lives. "In that moment, my life changed," Hart says, adding that his wife is a different person. "She's changed like a light switch. I think overall she's been softened, while the mama-bear nails have been sharpened."

"I've softened, and I think it's perfect," Pink adds. "It's what I needed. I was hoping for a little edge loss."

The new episode of 'Behind the Music' airs tonight (Nov. 13) at 10PM EST on VH1.
