Multiple outlets are reporting tonight that adult entertainment mogul Hugh Hefner has died at the age of 91. Founder of Playboy Magazine in 1953, "Hef" also become was known for his Los Angeles mansion, parties, and a 6 season-long reality television show called "The Girls Next Door", among other things in the Playboy Empire.

E! News is reporting (via a release from Playboy) that Hefner passed away peacefully of natural causes at his home, surrounded by loved ones. Hefner is survived by his wife Crystal, four grown children, Christie, who served as CEO of Playboy Enterprise for more than 20 years, David, Marston and Cooper, who currently serves as Chief Creative Officer at the company.

No information is currently available about plans for a memorial service at this time.
