Rapper Afroman to Perform in Duluth April 8th

Rapper Afroman will play in Duluth April 8th.

He will be performing at the Red Herring Lounge on 1st St. in Downtown Duluth. Tickets are on sale now, GA tickets are $20, GA plus meet and greet is $35. Get your tickets here.

Afroman is best known for his 2001 hit 'Because I Got High' that featured the music video directed by Kevin Smith and featured Jay and Silent Bob smoking with Afroman.

I had a chance to meet Afroman when he was playing at Fitger's some years ago and he was a nice guy. He was sipping on a forty oz the entire time and yes, I'm pretty sure he was baked out of his mind.

I'll never forget the following morning, I drove by the Voyageur Lakewalk Inn and saw him and his crew trying to push their touring van out of a snow bank, they did not look happy about the situation, so hopefully, the weather will be nicer for them this time around.
