The City of Duluth announced plans to begin repair work to portions of Skyline Parkway impacted by June's flooding.

Work will begin Thursday, Sepember 6 on the embankment along the roadway in the area between Chester Park Drive and Chester Bowl entrance. Repairs are expected to be completed by Friday, September 14. During the repairs, the scenic roadway will remain open; but city officials ask drivers to look out for flaggers who will provide traffic control at the construction site. Officials also warn that travel delays should be expected in the construction zone.
