Roseville Police Officer Pulls Over Minnesota Lynx Player Because of Air Freshener

Minnesota Lynx player Seimone Augustus had the wind taken out of her sails with the latest Lynx Championship win, when she was pulled over yesterday in Roseville MN, for having an air freshener hanging from her rear view mirror.

Seimone took to Twitter to vent about the incident in detail, see a few of her tweets below:

The Roseville Police Department issued a statement  defending the officers actions saying that they have been enforcing the rule of no objects allowed to hang from rear view mirror according to the MN State Statute.

Hmm so this is really a law?  I know I have seen tons of people with more than an air freshener hanging from their mirrors...........guess they better stay out of the Twin Cities!
