Scooter Braun, Justin Bieber's manager and business partner, is often credited for Bieber's fast rise to fame when he discovered the then 12-year-old singer and turned him into a superstar before the age of 15.

This week, two controversial videos featuring a young Justin Bieber were leaked on the Internet depicting Bieber in a less than positive light. The first video, released on Sunday, showed a 15-year-old Bieber telling his friends an offensive, racist joke while the cameras were rolling for his 2011 documentary, 'Never Say Never.' The second video, released Wednesday, showed Bieber singing a racist parody of his hit, 'One Less Lonely Girl.'

Bieber has since apologized for the first video but has not yet addressed the second video specifically.

Today, Braun took to his Instagram and posted an image with this quote on his feed.

 Some mistakes have no excuses.

They are just wrong. But how a man reacts to those mistakes...

How he owns it and learns from it..

That defines him more than the mistake itself.

- Scooter

It's probably safe to say that while he didn't specifically address Bieber in this message, his quote is most likely a response to all of the backlash that has occurred this week.

In addition to Bieber, Braun also represents Ariana Grande, Carly Rae Jepsen and Cody Simpson.
