Remember the story about the Minnesota lawmaker that wants to ban 'The Bachelor' Arie Luyendyk Jr. from the state? Well, he followed through, here's the draft of the bill.

Rep. Drew Christensen, who represents District 56A near the Twin Cities, shared a photo of the bill on Twitter (see below) which reads in part, "it is state policy that every person in the state has a right to live free from the presence of Arie Luyendyk Jr."

In addition to the bill banning Arie from the state, Rep. Christensen has also invited  Becca Kufrin, the Minnesota woman who was dumped by Arie and is the new 'Bachelorette', to the State of the State address March 14th at the Minnesota State Capital.

Something tells me that Becca will have a hard time showing up to the State of the State address as I'm sure production will be starting shortly on the new season of  'The Bachelorette', and I'm sure she could think of 1000 other better things to do than watch that boring speech...yawn!

I'll continue to watch the progress of this bill and see if it actually passes.
