Selena Gomez and Charlie Puth released their duet "We Don't Talk Anymore" back in January to little fanfare, and it's a shame the song never quite took off. The track -- a breezy lament to lost love -- showcases the best of Gomez and Puth's vocals while offering listeners a breakup song that's equal parts wistful and sad. It gives fans ample opportunity to reminisce while they regret, you know?

While the general public dropped the ball on the song at the time, Gomez and Puth mercifully delivered a live performance of "We Don't Talk Anymore" (which you can check out via Twitter below) during a recent stop on Gomez's Revival Tour, bringing it to the forefront of our minds once more -- just in time for the forthcoming music video.

And it got us thinking about (and ultimately comparing it to) his duet with Meghan Trainor, the divisive retro rip "Marvin Gaye."

(For those of you who can't quite "Marvin Gaye," allow Puth and Trainor's lip-locking performance from the 2015 American Music Awards to jog your memory.)

Puth is no stranger to collaborations -- he first catapulted to fame with his feature on the Wiz Khalifa/Paul Walker tribute track "See You Again," after all -- but which pop duet is favored by fans: "We Don't Talk Anymore" or "Marvin Gaye"?

Vote in the poll below to declare your love for either Selena Gomez's duet with Puth or Meghan Trainor's.
