Serge “The Car Hauler” Tossing out Money to Strangers at the State Fair [VIDEO]

Serge "The Car Hauler" Vorobyov first made headlines last year when he went to the Mall of America and tossed out money from one of the upper balcony's with his finace's name on the !$ bills in an effort to win her back and spread some Holiday cheer. He got into trouble for it, but decided to try it again, this time at the Minnesota State Fair.

Serge went on the Air Ride and threw $1,000 worth of bills to unsuspecting Fair goers. He has said that he is in a better place now then he was the last time, and wanted to have some fun. For more on Serge's story CLICK HERE
