A man in St. Paul is facing criminal charges for allegedly pointing an Ak-47 Assault Rifle at his daughter for not getting straight A's in school. She had two B's instead.

According to the St.Paul Police Department 51 Year old Krill Bartashevitch became upset when he saw his daughters grades, and pulled out the AK-47 pointing it at her while they were arguing. The girls mom jumped in front of her and ordered her to her room.

Bartashevitch claims the gun was not loaded, and he bought it recently before the ban goes into effect on these type of guns. He is facing some serious charges for his reckless behavior of 2 Felony Counts of Terroristic Threats and faces a maximum amount of 5 years in prison for each count.
