Superior Company Builds Pittsburgh Fire Department a New Boat
Lake Assault Boats based in Superior Wisconsin just built and delivered the Pittsburgh Fire Department their first boat in over 40-years.
The boat is 34-feet long and features a unique pumping system that can suck and spray 4,000 gallons per minute to help fight fires.
According to Triblive.com, the boat cost the city $542,750 and 100 firefighters will be trained on how to operate the new boat that will be used to fight fires on the water or along the shoreline.
