Taco Bell Plans For Second Location In Duluth

After nearly 20 years of having just one Taco Bell in Duluth there are finally plans for a second one to come next year.

According to CDINDuluth, the development company will submit the plans to build a new Taco Bell at a Duluth Planning Commission Meeting on January 12th.The plan is to have it up next year in the West Duluth/Denfeld area on Grand Avenue.

CDINDuluth also noted that the new freestanding building would be constructed on two plots, 4216 Grand Avenue which currently has a single family home and 4218 Grand Avenue which currently is home to a commercial building. It would be located directly next to Essentia Health's West Duluth Clinic and across from Kwik Trip.

If the project is approved by the Duluth Planning Commission, construction would likely begin this Spring with a completion in late Summer.
