Duluth and Superior Police and Fire departments are looking for a possible serial arsonist that has been starting fires around the Twin Ports since March. Authorities now have a solid lead with some images captured from surveillance video, specifically for the arson fires that occurred on May 5th and 22nd in the West Duluth Area.

Not only were there 3 suspected arson fires in West Duluth last night, but there were also 3 suspicious fires in Superior reported in the early morning hours. There have been at least 15 suspected arson fires between Duluth and Superior since March, leaving residents in a couple of neighborhoods on edge and authorities on the hunt.

Multiple blazes in West Duluth kept fire crews busy through the early morning hours of today (May 22). The fires were in the area of 65th and 66th Avenue West, all within a few blocks of each other.
