I have died and gone to heaven on this one. The company is SPRINKLES CUPCAKES, and this is genius.

This particular ATM is located in Beverly Hills  so I am safe for now but, they are planning on expanding to 10 cities where they currently have a SPRINKLES store. The ATM is actually attached to the store, so they restock it every day to ensure that the cupcakes are fresh .
