A recent ranking from a website ranked Minnesota and Wisconsin's most popular craft breweries within each state, as well as on the national beer scene.

According to their website, Ursa Minor Brewing will be opening up Summer 2018 in the Lincoln Park neighborhood in Duluth, Minnesota.

Duluth has another local brewery to add to the roster. This one is opening with the mantra 'Don't brew scared' as it looks to try bold, new things in the world of beer. Named for master brewer and owner Dave Hoops, Hoops Brewing is making a home of the old Timberlodge Steakhouse location, next to Red Lobster.
