August 15, 2012 It's back! The 122nd Carlton County Fair! Yes, it's the 122nd year! As long as I can remember, I have looked forward to the fair every year. Getting a wristband and riding every ride I can, going through the 4H exhibits, fair food, BINGO, and the people watching.
August 23, 2011 The stickiness of cotton candy, the smell of the livestock barns, the sounds of "BINGO" coming from the Bingo tent, and the sights of First Place Ribbons can only mean one thing. The Carlton County Fair!
The highlights of our day at the fair included goat petting, cotton candy, and RIDES! If you missed it this year, mark your calender to stop by in 2012. (Here's a hint: it's always the third weekend in August!)
