It's a lot of work running for public office, you have to travel a lot, shake a ton of hands, kiss endless amounts of babies and look at things, a lot of things.

Jeff Anderson is running for US Congress to represent a good chunk of the Northland, including Duluth, and he's out now trying to gain support for his campaign by looking at things and posting the pictures on his Facebook page. A tearful Anthony Weiner held a press conference Monday afternoon in New York to address rumors that he had sent a revealing photo of himself to a young woman on his Twitter account.

The disgraced liberal congressman, who previously told reporters that his Twitter had been hacked, admitted he had accidentally sent the photo, adding he was "deeply sorry" and that he takes "full responsibility" for his actions.

Rep. Aaron Schock of Illinois is now poised to get the vote of every woman in America thanks to a new spread in Men's Health, in which our nation's youngest congressman can be seen posing shirtless.

But before you accuse him of trying to advance his celebrity, the 29-year-old hunk is actually doing it for a cause.

Schock has teamed with the magazine, who naturally dubbed him "America's Fittest Congressman," on its Fit for Life Summer Challenge, a campaign designed to help Americans lose weight and get in shape by Labor Day.
