This Sunday get the family and enjoy a FREE outdoor event at the 4th Annual Bubble Festival at the Duluth Children's Museum. The event runs from noon until 4pm and yes, it's FREE!

Kids of all ages will enjoy the bubbles, and grown-ups who want to feel like a kid again too!
