Another Plunge in the books, and what a Polar Bear Plunge it was! Over 950 people jumped into chilly Lake Superior raising $170,000 for The Special Olympics of Minnesota.
Hundreds of people gathered in Canal Park on Saturday, February 16 with the purpose of jumping into the largest freshwater lake in the world to support Special Olympics of Minnesota.
Are we ready for this Plungers? Tomorrow (February 16th) the Mix 108 Miracles team will be. Maybe. The Duluth Polar Bear Plunge presented by Local Law Enforcement all goes down tomorrow. We'll start at Grandma's Sports Garden to get all warmed up (if that's possible) then head to Lake Superior at 3pm to plunge. I can't believe the day is here and we'll be in Lake Superior tomorrow.
