The Harrison Community Center/Club in Lincoln Park is excited for the annual Haunted Happenings Event with a Trick or Treat stop plus a Northern Expressions Arts Collective will be on hand to share a creative way to address bullying.
Hatred is a learned behavior and this can boil over into people being bullies to those who are vulnerable. But, thankfully an awesome group of kids from a Mankato Minnesota Middle School show that kindness is also a learned behavior.
Given the fact that Duluth has been voted one of the best outdoor cities in the U.S. many Northlanders love to take advantage of all it has to offer this time of year. Add kids in the mix, and you really need to b prepared at all times.
