There are more residential areas in Duluth than freeway, drivers need to slow down and pay attention to their surroundings. I understand sometimes people run late and tend to in a rush, but it shouldn't put the lives of multiple other people in danger.

The events that have taken place in the last four weeks in a city I call home is devastating. There has been six shooting incidents in the last four weeks and I just can't believe it.
