			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Like most people, I'm usually skeptical on the validity of emails forwarded through chains of people.  A couple people have sent me this video is from an TV station out of Kansas City, Missouri.  So it must be credible, right?  It's scary to think that predators would have the ability to find our kids (or us for that matter) via pictures we take and upload to our facebook pagers, twitter, and flickr, etc</p>
