state shutdown

Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton "reluctantly" agreed to the Republicans budget proposal to end the the State shutdown today. The Governor did have a few conditions that the GOP has to "review" before anything can be official. If the Republicans agree to the deal, a special session could be called in the next 3 days to end the shutdown and put the State back to work.  See the let
