Check out the newest member of the ring-tailed lemur troop at the Lake Superior Zoo!

The lemur was born in April and is now on exhibit with the other lemurs. "The baby appears to be healthy and adjusting well to life with the zoo's lemur troop says lead zookeeper, Emily Perala. "The baby spends most time clinging to its mother and feeding. It will begin showing more independence and activity as it grows."

The zoo says that once the sex can be determined, it could take weeks or months to that, they will host a naming contest.
