I am not trying to be disrespectful in the least everyone grieves in their own way, but when I stumbled across this show the other night, I could not believe my eyes. A show called "The Best Funeral Ever" are you serious?

I did see a preview for this early last week, and remember just shaking my head thinking how insane, but just my luck the show premiered right after a brand new episode of "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo".....don't judge that show is hilarious. :)

The episode that I saw was a sister who had lost her brother who was a famous singer back in the day and actually wrote the Jingle for the Chili's-- I want my Baby Back Ribs commercial. So of course his funeral entailed the casket in the shape of a giant smoker with a chimney and all, giant fake rack of ribs being carried down the aisle and a barbeque fountain.

The family was over the moon and in the end that is what it should be, a celebration of the person who is gone, in what ever manner they choose to do it. I was just sitting there wondering how much a funeral of this magnitude would cost? Yikes.
