Timbaland has plans to unleash ‘Shock Value III’ on the world sometime in 2012. While pesky details like a finalized tracklisting and release date get sorted out, the hip-hop star is previewing the record with the release of ‘Break Ya Back.’

Virginia Beach’s Z104 premiered the song, which features ‘In the Dark’ singer Dev trading suggestive rap verses with the successful producer over a plodding beat with exotic Middle Eastern accents. “Money is no object / What I want, I got that / Don’t get it twisted cause I still hang in the projects,” brags Timbaland. Dev takes on an M.I.A. swagger as she raps about all “the boys trying to find my hidden valley.”

‘Break Ya Back’ is the second collabo between Timbaland and Dev that has surfaced in recent months, following ‘Don’t Hurt It,’ which could appear on Dev’s debut album, ‘The Night the Sun Came Up.’

Timbaland’s first two ‘Shock Value’ records produced hits like ‘Apologize’ with OneRepublic, ‘The Way I Are’ with Keri Hilson, and ‘Carry Out’ with Justin Timberlake. Does ‘Break Ya Beck’ measure up? Listen below and leave a comment with your thoughts.
