During the pre-show for MTV's 2016 Video Music Awards, Nick Jonas hinted that he'd have a special guest during his performance, and boy did he make good on his words. To the crowd's delight, Ty Dolla $ign took the stage to perform "Bacon" with the "Jealous" singer, and things got very lit very quickly. You can see the electrifying performance above.

Ty Dolla $ign's performance with Jonas took place outside of MSG, and in what appeared to be a restaurant, which is fitting for the song's content. There were a ton of elaborate stage sets throughout the award show, but this performance was probably the most intricate.

The setting was great, but don't get it twisted: Ty and Jonas were still the main attraction. Jona's smooth vocals entertained everyone in attendance as his voice rang through the night. When Ty finally started singing, the crowd's energy picked up even more, loving every moment of his ratchet stylings.

In the end, Ty Dolla $ign and Jonas more than did their thing on a night where Kanye debuted a video, Future performed "F*ck Up Some Commas" and Drake presented Rihanna with the final award of the night.
