Utility Work Planned For Michigan Street

More utility work and construction is a sign summer is close! Utility work planned for Michigan street starts March 9th. 

After hearing about utility work that started yesterday on Superior street, I thought I could skip it by taking Michigan street, guess I was wrong. The crew will start cleaning between 5th Ave. W and Lake Ave. The entire project should take about a week to complete and is being done in preparation for a future cured in place pipe (CIPP) lining project.

There will be a partial closure of one lane of traffic, however people should be able to access the road but are asked to pass the work site with caution and at a reduced speed.
