Utility Work Will Delay Traffic On Grand Avenue Starting Monday August 15th

Expect delays during high traffic hours on Grand Avenue as parts of Grand will be closed due to utility work starting on Monday.

Ah, the best part of summer, road construction. Don't get me wrong, the city roads need repair, unfortunately because of our crazy season schedule living in the Frozen Tundra all the construction work seems to clog things up in the summer.

Utility restoration on Grand Avenue between 36th Avenue West and 40th Avenue West will begin Monday, August 15th at 7:00am. This section of Grand Avenue will be down to one lane traffic with no parking on either side until work is completed. This utility work is anticipated to be completed on Thursday, August 18th as long as there are no unforeseen circumstances.
