The DNR released a statement that State IT Specialists discovered Malware (malicious software) on state computers at Tettegouche State Park in Silver Bay, Minnesota on  Aug. 25. Even though the DNR has no evidence to prove that credit cards may have been accessed they are issuing a word of caution if you visited the park between August 22nd and 25th to watch your credit card statements.

The DNR is unable to access credit card information to alert customers who were at the park, but around 400 transactions were done in that time period. This virus was isolated to this park, No DNR or State IT systems were affected. Customers should not worry that their park reservation was compromised.
