Want a Cheap Alternative to an Air Conditioner? Check Out This DIY Project [VIDEO]

With the extreme weather conditions in the Twin Ports from Scorching hot to 10 or 15 degrees cooler by the lake we need to be in fighting shape, and be prepared. Yes a select few are lucky enough to have Central Air, but most of us have to battle with the dreaded window air conditioning  units....until now.

I have come across a lot of D.I.Y. projects in my day, but this one really struck my fancy. Last summer our sons were trying to help out by taking our big window unit air conditioner, well as sometimes happens they were not working together and of them opened the window before the other one had a grip on it and out it went.

We have a bunch of smaller ones for the bedrooms, but this was the very expensive, big poppa version, so that stung a little. But this little ditty might be a nice personal way to cool off, but I am not sure how well it would do in a bigger room. It is really cool though check it out below..
