A couple of weeks ago, thousands and thousands of bees gathered and formed a swarm on the UWS campus, which turned out to be a good thing.

UWS recently built a new apiary, and one of their hives got overcrowded, so the queen bee split with several thousand worker bees to find a new home, this group of bees is known as a swarm.

Instead of letting the bees take off and find a new home somewhere else in Superior, the crew at UWS took the swarm and introduced them into a new hive.
