Wisconsin College Student is Helping Pay for School by Competitive Eating
A university of Wisconsin student named Eric "Silo" Dahl has found a pretty ingenious way to help pay for his College expenses, by entering competitive eating competitions.
Given how many times he has done this you would think he would be huge, but he makes sure to exercise and limit his normal caloric intake each day. It all started back in 2011 when he decided to enter a contest in Madison to get a free meal, and he did it in half the time allowed.
So far Eric has made a whopping $18,000 in cash and prizes and plans to continue to compete. Check out how fast this guy can eat in the video below, that was just posted today. His parents must be proud of his dedication, and hopefully he will graduate early so he can eat normally.
