Gerald Streavor of Waukesha Wisconsin was busted last September in Waukesha Wisconsin for simulating having sex with a couch that someone had left on the side of the road. Yes, true story and now It has gone national with fodder on the Colbert Report on Comedy Central.

Streaver was charged with a misdemeanor count of lewd and lascivious behavior and is due in court next month to enter a plea. My question is how could you possibly talk yourself out of this when you were busted in the act by the police? ( Please note the video is adult in nature)
