WLSSD to Offer Curbside Pick-Up for Flood Damaged Homeowners

In what is being hailed as the Flood of The Century, Duluth and Surrounding areas are continuing to clean up the mess form 1 week ago. WLSSD is offering a service that is sure to be a relief to many homeowners.
Starting on Friday June 29th WLSSD will be offering curbside pick up for your wet carpeting, household appliances and more. Now common sense of course applies here, they will not be collecting food waste or your normal garbage.
This is a huge relief for many people like myself who do not have access to a vehicle big enough to haul stuff to the actual WLSSD site itself. This to me shows just one more way how in a time of crisis this community truly bans together.
