Teacher: “You Can Only Use The Bathroom 3 Days A Week”

Can you imagine someone telling you, you can only use the bathroom 3x in one week?
That is the case for some Elementary school students In Brooklyn New York. Each of the kids get three vouchers for the week to use the bathroom, If they have any left over at the end of the week they can turn them in for prizes.
Wow an incentive for kids not to leave class to go to the bathroom. In theory I guess it is a good idea, but I would hate to be sitting next to the kid who has to go, and is out of vouchers!
