Conner Franta  originally from La Crescent Minnesota has become pretty successful in his own right with 5 million followers on YouTube, a Peoples Choice Award and was 1 of 4 people picked to ask the candidates a question during the debates.

Franta who now lives in Los Angeles, describes himself as a lifestyle Vlogger with a New York Times best selling book called " A work in progress" and said that being a part of the debate was one of the most exciting things to happen to him so far in his career.
