I've been saying for years "you suck" or "#$@! you" and now science is backing up my hatred for the snooze button by saying it could actually do more harm than good, and here are the facts to back it up.

If you stop and think about it, when have you ever gotten any meaningful rest or sleep during a 5-9 minute "snooze" timeout, you haven't, so why do we still bother with it? Damn you snooze button!
