Park Police in Minneapolis had warned residents 135 times not to go near the giant frozen Icicles at Minnehaha Falls, but these dozen or so on- lookers could not resist.

The magnitude of these icicles is mesmerizing, but the danger factor is so incredibly high it really makes you wonder what is wrong with some people? This same danger is very real here in the Northland with many natural waterfalls around the area this same warning applies to everyone.
