A Gofundme Page Has Been Set Up For Shooting Victim Tim Nelson’s Family

Tim Nelson was shot and killed on September 22. Officers responded early Sunday morning to the report of shots fired near the 300 block of 62nd Avenue W. There, they found a man in a vehicle with a gunshot wound to his abdomen, he was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Nelson leaves behind a wife and five very young children. Family members have started a Gofundme page to help with funeral expenses and to help out his wife and children. According to his Gofundme site "Tim was first and foremost a wonderful father to each and everyone of his children. He always made sure his children felt nothing but love from him."  They went on to say was a hard worker and how he was aspiring to start his own construction business. Also what a loving, caring guy he was and of course how much he will be missed.

According to WDIO Two men ages 31 and 38 were arrested in connection with the fatal shooting and are now in the St. Louis County jail, awaiting formal charges.
